My Book Review
"Customer Satisfaction is Worthless - Customer Loyalty is Priceless" by Jeffrey Gitomer- I am going to honest with you, I very seldom read an entire book. However, each book I do read a portion of it I find something that I love and I use it. I think it is more important to take something away with you and use it. Rather, than read a whole book, walk a way and have no idea where to start. I will give short reviews of books here that I have found interesting in some way I personally have made a small change that has improved my business, my family and my life. So, take this for what it is and if you decide to read it the whole thing and you want to add something to my review, let me know.

If you use InDesign - check out the User Group in your area. If you don't find one maybe you would be interested in starting your own.
